The existing building is a fifteen (15) storey mixed use with retail and eleven (11) residential storeys.

Our Client’s aim for the overall remedial project is to remove all existing non‐compliant ACP cladding on the west façade and replace with a BCA compliant cladding to future‐proof the building.
