The subject property consists of two residential buildings, containing a total of fifty-four (54) residential lots with basement parking located beneath.

The scope of works is to demolish the existing external combustible panels, furring channels, backing rods, and sealant attached to the external façade of the building.

We then supplied and installed new Vitraduel non-combustible aluminium external cladding system, Sika Backer Rod Fire backing rods, Bradford Thermoseal Sarking and Sika Sikasil caulking.
