The scope of works is to remove the existing Alucobond Cladding Panels to the 2 x vertical drops on the south elevation, 1 x drop and 1 balcony wall east elevation, 2 x vertical drops and 2 x balcony walls north elevation of the building and replace with 3mm Solid Aluminium cladding panels.
